NEW this week! Foundation Farm has certified organic lettuce, arugula, kale, red mustard, bok choy, leeks, onions, sweet Italian frying peppers, celery, cilantro, squash, and eggplant.

Oh my, we’re really late getting this letter out—we’ve been at the Dig In! Food and Farming Festival at the Fayetteville Roots Festival all week and are just now getting back to it. It was a great event. If you missed it, we hope you’ll be able to join us next time!

Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers,

We will not have a matket this week. We will be working on the Dig In Food and Farming Festival at the Fayetteville Roots Festival, and we would love for you to join us. There will be food and farming classes, tastings, an information and vendor fair, farm tour, and food and farming art exhibit. For information and a schedule, please visit diginfestival.com.

We hope to see you there! It’s all free and open to the public this year, thanks to support from the Fayetteville Roots Festival and the Fayetteville Public Library.

The Dig In! Food and Farming Festival will be held this year at the Fayetteville Public Library in conjunction with the Fayetteville Roots Festival August 26-28. Preview the programming (classes, tastings, info fair, art exhibit, and farm tours) at diginfestival.com. At the website you can also register to exhibit at the information/vendor fair if your business or group is centered on food, farming, or sustainability. It’s going to be a really fun event!
