Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers,
Here is what’s available this week:
Vegetables—Spinach, arugula, kale, bok choy, celery, lettuce, red mustard, potatoes, pumpkins, beets, carrots, radishes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, and peppers—Sweet Italian fryers, bell peppers, Carolina reaper, mild jalapeno, regular jalapeno, serrano, habanero, Tabasco, Datil, cayenne, and mixed hot peppers.
Herbs—Rosemary, dill, cilantro, ginger and turmeric.
Eggs—Pastured, free range.
Meat—Pastured beef, lamb, chicken and goat.
Fermented foods—Sauerkraut, okra, and jalapenos.
Salsa—Made with locally grown and organic ingredients.
Olives and Olive Oil—organic and directly from the grower in California.
Go ahead and place your order, then pick up and pay on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Nightbird Books in Fayetteville.
