Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers:

Summer is here and it’s full speed ahead! We have great summer crops coming on, as well as some spring products still available. Keep watching as the season progresses—we will have more and more new items.

New! This week Green Fork Farm has squash and beans available. Beyond Organics also has squash and fresh garlic.

Also available this week:

Vegetables—Radishes, collards, kale, beet greens, green onions, sorrel, potatoes, onions, garlic, and snap beans.

Herbs—Mint, sage, oregano, fennel, parsley, and mixed herb bunches.

Eggs—Pastured, free range chicken and duck eggs.

Meat—Pastured beef, chicken, goat and lamb.

Fermented foods—Sauerkraut, okra, and jalapenos.

Salsa—Made with locally grown and organic ingredients.

Olives and Olive Oil—organic and directly from the grower in California.

Live plants—Fig trees.

Edible flowers— Cilantro flowers and mixed brassica flowers.

Go ahead and place your order, then pick up and pay on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Nightbird Books in Fayetteville.

If you aren’t able to place an order, stop by to shop with us on Wednesday. We will have a variety of items for sale from the table.

Make sure you receive a confirmation email—-if you don’t, your order was not processed. Payment is at the market pickup with cash, check, debit/credit card, EBT, and Senior FMNP coupons.
