Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers,

NEW this week: Green Fork Farm has mixed squash, Yukon Gold potatoes, tarragon, and a wide selection of peppers this week: Anaheim, sweet banana, mexi-bell, sweet bell, jalapeno, and poblano.

Bee Well Gardens has new plants listed again this week. And Rachel will be at the market on Wednesday from 4-6 pm to show off all their beautiful plants, so be sure to stop by!

Fresh Shiitake mushrooms are back this week.

Also available this week:

*Vegetables—Onions, garlic, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, mexi-bell peppers, jalapenos, poblanos, anaheims, sweet banana peppers, yellow squash, mixed squash, green beans, and gold french filet beans.

Herbs—Basil, sage, mint, lovage, fennel, parsley, oregano, and mixed herb bunches.

Mushrooms—Fresh log-grown Shiitakes.

Eggs—Pastured chicken and duck eggs.

Meat—Pastured beef and chicken.

Fermented foods—Sauerkraut and jalapenos.

Salsa—Made with locally grown and organic ingredients.

Olives—organic and directly from the grower in California.

Plants and Flowers—Culinary, medicinal, and pollinator plants, ready-made flower arrangements.

Place your order from now until Tuesday at noon for pickup on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Nightbird Books in Fayetteville.

If you aren’t able to place an order, stop by to shop with us on Wednesday. We will have a variety of items for sale from the table.
