Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers,

Here’s a summary of what’s available for preorder from now until Tuesday at noon for this Wednesday’s market:

Vegetables
NEW this week—Green Fork Farm has snap beans, cucumbers, and small salad onions.

Also available—green bell peppers, jalapenos, potatoes, Shiitake mushrooms, and fresh garlic.

Meat
Pork, beef, duck, lamb, chicken, and items for soup stock.

Herbs
Green basil, Thai basil, parsley, mint, fennel leaf, lovage, thyme, sage, chives, and mixed herbs.

Eggs
Free range chicken and duck eggs.

Prepared foods
Lacto-fermented sauerkraut and jalapenos, salsa, cookies, olives and olive oil, dried Shiitake mushrooms and mushroom powder.

Botanical bath and beauty products
Soap, sugar scrub, muscle salve, moisturizer, lip balm, scented oil, facial elixir, mouthwash, and massage oil.

Pet products
Dog bones and frozen, ground meat for pet food.

Baby chicks are also still available this week.
