Weekly Product List

This post expired on February 03, 2023.

Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers,

Don’t forget to place your order by Monday at midnight for fresh, naturally grown and artisan products to pick up at the market on Wednesday.

NEW THIS WEEK: Figgieville has a fresh batch of olives with some new flavors and old favorites, and is now bringing us fresh olive oil straight from the grower in California!

Blue Pony Bakery keeps introducing new baked goods, and this week is one you are sure to love—with a name like Peanut Butter Energy Bites, how can you resist? For breakfast or a snack, they’ll keep you going!

This week we also have plenty of other baked goods, as well as honey, eggs, greens, chicken, beef, pork, microgreens, and some truly wonderful soap, lip balm, sugar scrub, body oil, and salve. You can’t go wrong with one of these as a gift for Valentine’s Day, and it’s coming up fast! Or consider giving an adorable gift bag of market tokens for your loved ones to use at Green Fork Farmers Market, either online or at the farmers’ tables at the market.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR: The 2013 Dig In! Food and Farming festival is set for February 28, March 1 and 2 at the UA Global Campus on Center St. in downtown Fayetteville. Focused on local, sustainable, and organic food and farming, this year’s programs include: an after-school film and activities for children and families on Thursday afternoon; feature films Thursday evening; Friday workshops for farmers, aspiring farmers, experienced gardeners, and water conservationists; opening reception and films Friday evening; and on Saturday there’s a full day of classes, films, discussions, food tastings, seed swaps, information and vendor fair, children’s activities, and a keynote address by water harvesting expert Brad Lancaster. For more information and to reserve your passes, visit the festival website at diginfestival.com, or come by and ask about the festival at the market.

We’ll set up the market on Wednesday from 4-7 pm in the Breezeway at Nightbird Books on Dickson St. You can order ahead or drop in, just come and see us!
