Green Fork Farm has Delicata squash, a sweet winter squash variety with an edible skin. They also have tomatillos for your favorite green sauce, as well as green Datil hot peppers and (oh my!) Carolina Reaper, the hottest pepper in the world!

Green Fork Farm is also offering sweet potato slips for planting this week. These decorative vines are beautiful in flower beds or the vegetable garden, and will produce a lot of sweet potatoes to be harvested in October.

Foundation farm has green heirloom cabbage available. Goes great with potatoes and beef brats, all available at the market. This dense cabbage is also perfect for making your own lacto-fermented sauerkraut at home.
