Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers,

NEW! This week—Figgieville has gorgeous heads of romaine lettuce, and Beyond Organics has scrumptious bulbs of fresh garlic. Beyond Organics also has 4 potato varieties in a rainbow of colors—red, white, purple, and yellow! These are so beautiful and so tasty, you need some of each! Green Fork Farm also has fresh basil and fennel to add to the sage and mint in their current herb offerings. Fresh herbs make everything delicious.

Also, VERY EXCITING NEWS—we are welcoming a new vendor this week selling LOCAL CHEESE! White River Creamery manages their herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats organically and milks them to make cheese at their inspected creamery in Elkins. This week they will have a table at the market so you can meet them and sample some of their delectable creations! They will also have a selection of cheeses available for sale at the market this week, and next week they will be available for preorder.

This week we also have green onions, eggs, honey, lamb, beef, pork, chicken, many varieties of olives and olive oil straight from the grower in California, locally roasted coffee, herbal soap, body oil, deodorant, facial elixir, lip balm, and sugar scrub, fig trees, vegetable seeds, and dog bones.

Go ahead and place your order from now until Monday at midnight for pickup on Wednesday from 4-7 pm in the Breezeway at Nightbird Books, 205 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville. We will also have extra items available for sale from the table on Wednesday.
